Lemon-Garlic Butter Chicken with Herb Infusion
Indulge in this cozy weeknight classic, where tender chicken breasts are bathed in a luxurious lemon-garlic butter sauce, infused with fresh herbs. Perfectly balanced, this dish brings the comfort of home and the elegance of French cuisine straight to your dinner table.
Step 1: Zest and juice the lemon. Mince the garlic cloves and set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove chicken and set aside.
Step 3: In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, then add the lemon juice and zest, scraping up any browned bits from the skillet.
Step 4: Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
